Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our orders (Vinyl decals and unpainted wooden signs) ship out in 1 to 5 business days. Please note that if you ordered "painted" wooden sign, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to produce. 

Most of our orders are shipped by Canada Post, Purolator, USPS and UPS and usually take 1 to 7 business days to arrive. Please visit our shipping page for more info. 

Our larger wooden signs (29" and up) are made out of 1/2" birch wood. Our smaller signs (24" and down) are made out of 1/4" birch wood. 

Yes! They are easily removable but please note that they are for single use only. 

We do not include hanging hardware. Wooden signs can be used in many different ways. We strongly recommend using double sided tape to install your wooden sign onto your wall. You can also hang the sides by strings or have it lean against something. Check out our wooden sign installation video to see how to easily hang your wooden sign. 

Please email us and let us know which design you are interested in, the colors you want for the design and your wall color. Our designer we'll make you a preview right away :) 

Please input all your order specifications (colors, name, direction, etc...) inside the "Add your order personalization here:" box during checkout. We will receive your message and create your order just the way you want. 

Yes you can mix and match any of our designs! Just let us know what you wanted to switch and we will accommodate your request. 

Yes we can do any other font you want. Please tell us what font you wanted to use and we'll change it at no extra cost. 

Please message us at your earliest convenience and one of our sales rep will be happy to help you. We will send you a "Return Authorization Number" and instructions on how to make the return. Basically you just need to send the item back to us and tell us if you want a refund or exchange. If you want a refund, we will give you a full refund and if you want an exchange we will make the exchange for free.
